Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are reportedly considering expanding their family once again, despite facing a challenging pregnancy journey last year.
According to insiders, the reality TV star and Blink-182 drummer are eager to welcome another child.
Kourtney, 45, is particularly hoping for a baby girl but is also open to the possibility of having twins.
The couple is currently trying naturally but is not ruling out surrogacy as an option if needed.
“Kourtney has been very open about wanting another baby with Travis, and they are trying the old-fashioned way pretty much non-stop,” an insider shared.
“But if that doesn’t work this time, using a surrogate is on the table.”
Kourtney and Travis welcomed their first child together, son Rocky Thirteen Barker, in November 2023. The pregnancy was not without its challenges, as Kourtney had to undergo an emergency fetal surgery to save Rocky’s life. Fortunately, both mother and child recovered well, and the experience has only strengthened Kourtney’s desire to have more children with Travis.
“She obviously hates the process of getting her eggs taken out, but if that’s the only way to make it happen, she’s open to it,” the source added. Kourtney has seen the benefits of surrogacy firsthand through her sisters Kim and Khloé Kardashian, making her more open to exploring the option if needed.
The couple has a blended family, with Kourtney already being a mother to Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, from her previous relationship with Scott Disick. Travis shares two children, Landon, 21, and Alabama, 19, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Despite already having a full household, the couple is excited about the possibility of expanding their family further.
“Travis is completely supportive and wants another baby, or even two, with Kourtney,” the source revealed. “If they were to have twins, they would see it as a huge blessing.”

During her pregnancy with Rocky, she had to undergo an emergency procedure due to fluid buildup in his lungs. “Since Rocky is still young, they’re focusing on enjoying him, but next year would be the soonest time they would consider having another child,” the insider said. “They have talked about trying again, and this time, surrogacy seems like the more viable option.”
