Taylor Swift is reportedly distancing herself from longtime friend Blake Lively following the actress’s involvement in an ongoing legal dispute 

with her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. 

According to sources, the pop sensation is taking a step back from their friendship after her name was mentioned in the controversy.

A source close to the situation told Page Six that Swift is deeply hurt by the situation and feels as though she has been used. 

“Taylor is really hurt by this whole situation and feels like a pawn,” the insider revealed. 

The source added that Swift, who has been a loyal friend to Lively for years, is choosing to keep her distance from both Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, amid the ongoing legal battle.

The friendship between Swift and Lively dates back to 2015 when the actress referenced Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video in a L’Oréal campaign post. Swift responded positively to the nod, and the two soon began spending time together, forming a strong bond over the years.
