Molly-Mae Hague has firmly denied rumors that her split from Tommy Fury was a publicity stunt, admitting that it would have been much easier if the painful accusations were true. 

The 25-year-old influencer has been facing backlash from fans ever since she and Tommy, her ex-fiancé, were seen sharing a passionate kiss on New Year’s Eve.

Speaking candidly at The Londoner Hotel ahead of the launch of her documentary, Molly said, “I actually say in the documentary that I wish it was a publicity stunt because it would have been a lot easier.” She added that the most frustrating part of the entire ordeal was how their breakup had been questioned, especially when there was far more going on behind the scenes than anyone could have known.

Molly-Mae explained that the breakup had been incredibly painful and difficult for both her and Tommy, particularly because they share a two-year-old daughter, Bambi. “Tommy and I have a baby together and it’s very, very real,” she continued. “It’s a really hard thing that we’ve both gone through in the past six months.” The influencer expressed her discomfort with the constant public comments suggesting their breakup was fabricated.
